yahoo vs godaddy - private domain name - I WILL NOT PAY MORE THEN 10$/YEAR?

I want to register a private domain but don't know what company to get. Yahoo is a dedicate server that i trust a lot. Because i want my domain name to be, .com and info. I heard that godaddy is very cheap but i never used it before and don't even know it. I am newbie at this ok, so once i buy my domain name how do i use it on cpanel 11. I am using private, because it seems like its more secured and keeps your personal information non visible to public, and i want to have that domain name for multiple years, but then i will buy more domain names. So in conclusion my question is, what is the cheapest between yahoo and godady and what is more reliable and secured.

2. go daddy sucks. i have used yahoo webhosting for 7 years and everything about it rocks. but private reg will cost you .99 a month and the unlimited plan is 11.95. If you want to know more about this let me know and i can give you tons of reasons why yahoo of godaddy.
