Why is it that a particular domain name is available thru one company (networksolutions) and NOT thru another?

When I look up the same exact name at Networksolutions, it shows available; through Godaddy it is shows not available. What gives?

  1. Not True. You can get a domain name from Yahoo for less that $10. I own one from Yahoo.
