buy a domain name?

i need to find a website where i can just buy a domain and i only have to pay monthly not yearly any ideas?

2. They only cost a few bucks (mine is $10 per year)... check out godaddy.com and other similar sites. Noone says you have to use the domain name... even if you only need it short term, just cough up the $10 and get it for the year.
3. Well, Domain Names are cheap. $10 / year. Hosting on the other hand (some place to have storage and use that domain name) is a different issue. It can run anywhere from a few dollars per month to several hundred. All depends on how much space and how much bandwidth your site needs. In most cases hosting is billed monthly so you can change plans as needed. Your domain name stays the same and costs the same regardless! If you can't cough up the few dollars for a name, you can't pay a hosting fee monthly at all!
