Is buying and selling domain names a good way to make money?

Just curious, have been thinking about pursuing this more actively.

1. I say yes, if you read all the domain forums and really do your homework . I started as a total newbie in 2004 and now I make my entire living off domains, PPC, affiliate programs, etc. .COM is best, but don't stick only to it. .CO.IN, .ES, .CO.UK, and other extensions are money makers too.
