I'm trying to start an online store for my senior inquiry project in high school. What is the best website to buy a domain name with some easy to follow, learn-as-you-go software? Is this going to be harder than I expect?

1. Buying only a domain name is just buying a name for your website. The domain name simply directs people to your site. There is no software to it. You need to find website storage space and create a site or have someone create it for you. When you buy a domain name, it will ask you where your site is stored.
